Korean customers: see the Korean version at /legal. Where the two differ, the Korean version governs purchases made in Korea and this version governs all other purchases.
These terms govern use of Cheongan (cheongan.app, the “Service”), operated by 백납미디어 (the “Company”), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
The Service produces interpretive content from the birth date and time you enter, based on the Korean tradition of Saju (four pillars). It is digital content intended for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict or guarantee future events. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
The complete reading is a one-time purchase of digital content, generated and delivered immediately upon payment. The price is the amount shown on the checkout screen. Payments from outside Korea are processed by PayPal.
The Company is not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the interpretive content, or for their outcomes. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network failures and acts of nature.
To calculate your chart, the Service uses your birth date, birth time (optional), gender, and the time zone of your birthplace. This information is not stored on our servers — it is processed only for as long as it takes to generate your reading. There are no user accounts, so we do not collect your name, contact details, or account information.
Payments are handled by our payment processors (PayPal for international customers, Toss Payments in Korea). The Company does not collect or store card numbers or other payment credentials. Transaction records (order number, amount, approval time) are retained by the payment processor as required by law.
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individuals. Only page-level and referrer-level information is aggregated.
To compose the prose of your reading, the calculated chart (the eight characters of your four pillars) may be sent to Anthropic’s API. Your raw birth date is not sent — only the computed chart along with gender and birth year. That API does not use transmitted data to train models.
Because we do not store your birth data or maintain accounts, there is no stored personal profile to access, correct, or delete. For any question about data handling, contact t4n0321@gmail.com.
The complete reading is digital content generated individually for you at the moment of purchase. Once the reading has been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable, because the content cannot be returned once supplied.
We will issue a full refund in each of the following cases:
To request a refund, email t4n0321@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID. We respond within 3 business days. Statutory consumer rights that apply in your country are not affected by this policy.
